Whether you’re navigating the road back from surgery, feeling the heavy weight of taking care of others or even burnout, or simply trying to find your balance amidst hormonal shifts, I’m here to help you find your way back to your center.
For over the last 15 years , I have been dedicated to helping women and teenagers to (re)discover their strength and find a natural (& sustainable) sense of calm.
What began as a love for Pilates, yoga, meditation and breathwork has grown into a holistic approach that also weaves in nutrition, detox, and nervous system recovery. I’ve learned that true, long‑term well‑being comes from supporting the body and mind on every level—and that belief now guides everything I do.
My style is calm, intuitive, and—most importantly—realistic. I don't believe in one way of restoring your body & mind. Instead, I look at the practical, whole-picture view of your life: your movement, your breath, and the daily habits that influence your energy.
I’ve learned that real strength comes from having a body that feels calm and in balance. You can’t build anything solid on an unsteady base, so my aim is to help you create a steady, relaxed foundation—so you can move through life with more energy again.
