About Ilanit de Wilde
You can't fully step into your purpose if you’re disconnected from your body.
I am Ilanit, a lover of life, truth, a woman, a mother, a partner, a coach an entrepreneur and all this who I am now is thanks to God. I have walked the path from surviving in daily life, surviving in my head to living connected to my heart. I have had several so called lives in this life. Mostly above all; I am someone who cherises truth and real conversations, the whole story is welcome: spirit, soul and body.
Along the years I have discovered that true transformation does not come from trying harder, but from aligning with who you really are and tuning into what God speaks deep within.
My mission: I believe you shine when you live in line with your God - given blue print, grounded in your body, led by the Holy spirit and rooted in Jesus.
That is the abundant life He intended (John 10:10).

Through the offerings by Holy stretch, I guide those who feel they can no longer move forward on willpower alone. In a world full of noise, I walk with you toward a life of surrender, balance, clarity and trust, so you can step into your unique place, exactly as you are.
With care, Ilanit de Wilde – founder Holy Stretch

The Origin of HolyStretch
After more than fifteen years of teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, I felt a shift was needed in myself and the way I guide others. Less focus on fixed forms, more attention to what the body and life are asking for at the moment. This evolution was further shaped by my work with detox retreats and by guiding people in nutrition and lifestyle habits. Again and again, I saw that true recovery only happens when body, mind, and daily choices come together.
Over the years , through various yoga teacher trainings and many hours of hands‑on practice I’ve shaped a way of moving that is gentle, mindful, and deeply restorative. My coaching approach supports you in releasing tension, building resilience, and rebuilding trust in your body at a flow that feels right for you.
What we practice together isn’t just movement; it’s a way of relating to yourself. The tools you learn are simple, supportive, and easy to bring into your daily life , in how you breathe, how you stand, how you manage your energy, and how you navigate your day with more ease and awareness.

A new dimension
After going through my own cancer diagnosis and recovery, my work gained a deeper layer. Lets say it was one of the biggest transitions in my life. I know firsthand how vulnerable and confusing the period before treatment and afterward can feel. How do you move forward? How do you reconnect with your body? How do you find rest without losing yourself?
For me, one of the turning points was a simple morning walk. I remember feeling unsure, tired, and disconnected, and a lot of heavy burdens that happened earlier in my life came to the surface. Like a big grieving period of my life, however by pushing it away what my coping mechanism became along the years I decided to first surrender it to God, slowly piece by piece embrace and embody it together. A new born, a new me had risen.
Back to daily life, even small movements felt unfamiliar. But each day, I focused on one gentle step, one deeper breath, one moment of noticing how my body responded. Slowly, I started to trust my body again. Not because everything was perfect, but because I was learning to meet my body where it was.
From that place, I now support people in recovery and change , with special care for women who are going through, or have gone through, this process.

What does HolyStretch mean?
Holy Stretch is for everyone. The word Holy stands for sacred attention: consciously pausing to be with yourself, your body, and your recovery. For some, this simply means treating what is with care and respect. For others, it also includes a deep connection with God, as a source of trust, strength, and surrender. Within Holy Stretch, there is space for this in an open and natural way, without anything being imposed.
The guidance is both practical and gentle: moving, stretching, breathing, slowing down, and learning to feel what your body needs. No performance, no pressure. Just recovery, awareness, and step by step, coming home to heart, body and mind.
